Q.3. What if I get the email copy of shipping label but I do not print and paste the shipping label on my consignment?

In this case, the pickup boy will decline the pickup of your consignment.

Q.4. Why the shipping rates on makeParcel.com is so less?

All the logistic/courier companies available on the website (makeparcel.com) are promoting automation by processing the booking request online and competing with other logistic companies. This web platform gives the logistic companies huge booking volume in terms of daily booking. This makes our shipping rates very competitive.

Q.5. Is the payment transaction safe and secure on makeParcel.com?

Yes, makeParcel.com is fully safe and secure. We have tied-up with cc Avenue as our payment gateway for online payment to ensure that all your financial data are fully safe and secure in encrypted form.

Q.6. Once I get the PDF copy of the shipping label, in what time my consignment will be picked up?

If you place your order by 1 p.m. on any working day, your consignment will be picked up between 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. on the same working day, only if you have packed your consignment and pasted shipping label well in time (for some locations ,pickup will be attempted within 3 days excluding public holidays and Sundays which may fall in between). The pickup attempt may get delayed in case of any bad and inclement weather, festival, law and order situation, natural calamity, act of God , state of unrest in the pickup area.

Q.7. Does your company provide cancellation option?

Yes, we do provide cancellation option to the customers who have booked consignment through makeParcel.com.
